I didn't do a lot my first year, left for quite a few months, then came back, started getting serious, discovered teams, found the right ones for me, even started on of my own, and have lost over 55 # in the last 16 months! emoticon I'm starting to tackle my clutter and disorganization now! emoticon But with the help of my emoticon s and teams and the other great tools, I feel confident that I will succeed. emoticon

    I had a similar experience with Curves by the way. I found I did better doing DVD's at home - weight-wise at least. They did teach me some good exercises and improve my balance.
