I've struggled with my weight for the past few years. I'm ready to lose the lbs and get back to a happy healthy me. My goal is to get and stay in the 120's seeing that is where I felt most comfortable at in the past.

My Goals:
My Short term goal is to get in the 150's.

Long term is to be in the 120's again.


My Program:
Workout 4x a week mixing it up with cardio and lots of strength training. I love how strong I feel when I lift weights :)

As far as eating goes I try to eat lots of Protein and veggies with a good balance of healthy fats and carbs, while still eating the things I love just watching those portion sizes.

Personal Information:
I'm a mom to twin girls, I served in the US Navy which was an amazing experience and I also love to read I have books overflowing and taking up space all over my house.
