emoticon I see you got my joke! Some of the others didn't! I was in a humorous mood last night! Since Bob won't let me post his pic...I got that idea. He even thought it was funny!! emoticon Bob sometimes looks like that on the weekend...lays around and does nothing, but watch movies. emoticon
Have a good rest of the weekend. I need to get up and get to work myself. emoticon emoticon

emoticon Sorry haven't been around much. With all the therapy and then the internet issues last week....just not on here that much. Just able to do the feed off and on and only able to stay on for 10 or so min. Then would be kicked out. The joys of cutting back on money so he can retire in a couple years. If this insurance situation doesn't improve he may have to work for the rest of his life! geeze!!! It is so expensive anymore! We have to have it just so we can get our medicine cheaper! Hope you are doing good. Saw your sparkmail, will answer soon. emoticon

I haven't given up grains ....I just eat the gluten free ones. Rice is a grain and so many products at the store...crackers, bread, pizza, bagels, English muffins- even ready made desserts, if I want them. I usually for the most part stay off bread, but have a serving of rice crackers everyday. Potatoes are ok to eat, even the chips. I was wrong about the quinoa and buckwheat they are ok. Some guy online had the wrong information about that...should have researched it a little more. had correct information on all of it. The only thing is the products are more expensive except rice is still cheap. But we figured all the moeny we were spending on junk food, etc...we could afford it. Big Lots have the cheapest gluten free products, like rice crackers, for a $1.00. Anyway, I feel better than ever and so glad I did it.
Hope your weekend is going good. Have some fun! emoticon

So glad to hear you are keeping busy and it has helped the budget! Always a good thing! You may not want to leave now! emoticon
As far as meeting up later on sometime in St. Aug or Daytona, we will see how it goes. We are always spur of the moment people and causally don't stay in hotels-so never in the area (like when we went to New Smyrna last time) for more that a couple hours.
    Have a good week. emoticon
