I didn't notice your comment to me until just now when I left you the goodie. At least with an RV you can hitch it up and leave if a bad storm is approaching. Do they have anchors or tie downs of sorts? Make sure you go where there are no bad storms all the time. Like tornado alley-the midwest.
The wildlife park, we found out yesterday was badly flooded after the tropical storm Colin. Some areas were knee is a low lying, sea level area. The buildings were ok and the animals were ok. They lost several trees that toppled over and crashed into the fences. One was at the alligator enclosure! emoticon Glad known tried to escape! That would be a big surprise in the knee deep water! emoticon Took them a couple days of being closed to clean it up.

Hi, I was paying bills yesterday so I didn't have a chance to come here. My mail built up.
We went to an estimate yesterday, and wound up at two RV places. The second one was very helpful. Keep your fingers crossed we may be able to get a bigger RV. If we can swing the payments.
The rain was fierce last night, but not scary, except to Brutus. It will be scary if we live in an RV. I'm afraid of that.
    Stay dry. Hugs Heidi

We went out already got our hurricane season supplies we always stock up extra water. Hope it doesn't get too bad. We are really going to feel the punch over here on our coast! emoticon These things always make me nervous!
Be safe and take care. Glad you got that AC fixed...not a good time to break. I always fear that- especially with this record breaking heat! I sure hope we don't lose power in the next couple days! We are really going to get it over here when it hits our coast! Geeze! This is really not what we need right now! I hope this isn't a sign of the season to come!
Just posted a blog of our trip to Cedar Key yesterday...the waters were getting kind of rough already! Also taking a break for our vacation and leading up to it starting today. Later gator, emoticon

I stumbled on an article I had saved and it was about work camping for us in case we do so in the future and thought Hey, give this to Heidi!

Makes me want to do this the more I was looking at it! The roadlesstraveled website sounds like a couple who blogs, and gives lots of good information about full time rving!
Hope you two have a good day...stay cool! emoticon
