This is one of those infamous "before" pictures... About 160#? Still hoping for a decent "after"!

My favorite "weird hair" yet!

Wannabe biker

I'm a 27-year-old married Christian biker chick. That would be biking of the pedaling variety! I want to get stronger and faster and build endurance so I can kick some butts. :) For work, I am a freelance web developer, and I spend a lot of time blogging.

My Goals:
I've been biking with my husband and some church friends, and I'd like to get faster so I don't hold everyone up. :) I'd also like to look nicer and have my thighs be of a (smaller!) size that won't make shorts ride up when I walk!

My long term goal is to reach 129 pounds. I'm going to do this by exercising regularly, eating well, and getting enough sleep and water. So far, I'm good on water and exercise, but need to improve on sleep and food.

My next mini-goal is 135 pounds, and once I maintain that (well, UNDER that) for a week, I will reward myself with a bottle of perfume I've been wanting.

My Program:
I'm using the bodybugg to track my calories and it works great when I keep up with entering my food.

For 2008, I'm doing the Women's Fitness Ultimate Fitness Plan.

Personal Information:
I'm in Meridian, Idaho, right outside of Boise, and home to lots of good recreation, like mountain biking and skiing/snowboarding.

Things I love: hanging out with friends and family, floating in the pool with a good book (is there anything more luxurious?), surfing the internet, reading (fiction and non-fiction), and learning everything.

Other Information:
I love to read, and learn in general. I'm a self-employed web developer and avid blogger.

Hi! I saw that you are a BodyBugg user. Do you like the BodyBugg? I've been thinking about buying one for months, but want to make sure it's worth the money. What's your experience been like?

Yay for bicycling! :D

I love passing the hardcore dudes on the Burke Gilman trail out here (not that I'm that good-- it's just easier when you + your bike = about 60 lbs less than a super built guy + his bike), in obnoxiously pink clothing, riding a purple bike covered in sparkly unicorn stickers (my "Pony Power"). Brrring, brring! Heheh.
