This was me at my sister's wedding a couple of years ago. I thought I was huge then. Little did I know that more weight was on the way.

How bad do you want it?!?!

Judging by the number of times I have had to change my starting weight, not bad enough. I will start asking myself this question every time I want to raid my neighbor's candy dish at work, turn the car for home rather than the gym after work, and every time I wander into the kitchen in the evenings. Bah!

I am a 30-something whose metabolism has packed up and moved away! I need some help and motivation to be consistent with healthy habits to avoid my family's diabetes and obesity ...

I live in South Texas where gooooooood Mexican food is all too accessible. Luckily, the sunshine is equally available and robs me of reasons to stay inside and avoid exercise. I really hate to run, but am learning to love it as I am not interested in joining a gym at this time.

I love to quilt; it keeps me from going to pieces...

Glad to hear that you are doing well. I am stuck in the same rut as you. I am more active than ever, but stuck a the same weight. Endo sent me to a nutritionist, who reviewed my diet log (via Spark) and was impressed...all she could do was send me back to my endo. Sigh.... Hope your luck changes soon. Happy Holidays.

Thanks for the sunglasses...gonna need the next few days as it's gonna bright and HOT here. Blech. I live in WI to stay cool. So all my stuff for the next few will be indoors. :(

Thanks for the SparkGoodie! I hope you have (or do so soon) found your motivation. I am also lacking in that area. I have been managing to log everything daily, but spent hours today catching up with everything. I am hoping to get a blog in yet, but time is running out tonight.
