My longterm goal is to appreciate my health & be happy with myself. My newest short term goals are: 1) do a headstand, 2) learn to do sidecrow, 3) learn the Gagnam dance!! :D
I have been following Spark Coach & really like the structure this gives to my daily approach to health & fitness. I've been learning new things - how to be more mindful, how helpful blogging can be, what other resources are out there on Sparkpeople.
