It looks like you have a birthday, I have made my decision for the challenge and it has to be strength training because my eye surgery was the end of May and nothing since then I will have to start slow and after another eye dr next week I hope I get the go-ahead. HUGS Pat in Maine. I will be looking to see what you have to think about for next week. HUGS Pat
Today I am doing so much better. I was really not excited about Chinese herbal medications. DH went to get it and it was not very nice but it sure could have been worse. I slept and woke all night. The phone woke me up it was my walking buddy asking me to walk. I said not too fast and I will have DH along too. DH walks slow behind us and I was able to do all 4 miles. I am ready for bed but I love to write my blog. Hopefully this is all getting better. I have to keep up with the eye drops till next week. I cannot wear glasses till the IRITIS is gone. Thy said they cannot get a good reading for the prescription. Bear with me please. I hope I can keep up with you. I have no clue what next week will be doing. I cannot even remember what I should be doing now. I am tracking food and still doing OK but this has been a good walk. I did a lot of yard work but not many steps when raking pine needles. I hope you are getting the gummy things up. I should make a note of them for future reference. Are you travelling or home or full timers/ Pat
Hey, Brenda............That is what I decided to do. Wish I could have gone this year to meet everyone, but just wasn't possible with my surgery and all. God has blessed me though, and given me some more time, so hope that DH and I will be able to make it to Branson next year and meet everyone. I do plan on being totally retired........Hope we can pull it off, but need to sell this place and our property in DeLeon. Thanks for the Goodie and the encouragement!
