I have a short attention span for work-out DVDs, so I didn't like how long it was. I do like that they switch from different parts of the body constantly so you don't get over tired in an area. I've done the cardio one a lot so I would say this is similar but a little more intense. I'm sure if you are on week three you will have no trouble.
You said that the other DVDs have a lot of weights in them. I haven't gotten any weights yet, what do you recommend? My bf thinks I just need to get a weight band, but I think I would end up strangling myself with one of those 1917 days ago
I'm not a big runner either, but I'm trying to get more into it. I started by signing up for a couple of 5Ks so I had to start training. And since then I am just trying to increase my distance and decrease my time. The most important thing is to keep up with it. Also to keep pushing yourself. My goal is to do a 10K this fall and then on to a half marathon. Vegas sounds like a great place to go for that!

How is the P90X challenge going? I have the DVD's but haven't done more than the cardio and ab ripper. I keep wanting to do them but with the nice weather I end up just going for a run instead. Are they fun/worth it? Are you seeing results? Thanks! 1920 days ago
