Travel the Road to Health
Hi, I have very few pictures of me. I'm the person on the right as I hate having my picture taken. The one in the middle is my sister-in-law who is trying weight watchers, and the person on the left is my brother-in-law. This picture was taken in Alaska during a cruise.
I'm married and I'm now retired. My husband is retired and we enjoy traveling. I'm also walking to improve my health. I'm been heavy most of my life and have gained and lost weight many times.

The second picture is at the glaciers in Alaska and I'm now on the left.
The third picture is with my son and daughter and was taken a few years ago. I'm in the middle. We were on a family trip going from Alberquerque New Mexico, going to the grand canyon, brice canyon and this picture was taken at the enterpitive center in Baker City, Oregon.

My Goals:
I started weighing at 282 pounds. Currently I'm at 224 and losing.
Lose 122 pounds and get to 160.
My Program:
I'm using several programs to help me reach my goals, Prism through my church which has you eating whole foods, non processed, and my health plan is paying for me to attend weight watchers.
My next goal is to lose 10 pounds for the month of January, and complete the January fitness challenge.
Personal Information:
I'm from Turner, Oregon, Married to a great husband Jim, were both now retired and enjoying it, tho Jim is having knee replacement surgery on both knees. We've been married 39 yrs and have 2 kids and 4 grandkids.
