My challenge for 2010

My name is Bonnie. I have been chunky practically all of my life....weighing in at 10 lbs. 2 oz. which is a big baby. If you ever want to hear about a person's challenge with the different diets....I am that person as I use to buy every book that came into view and every paper that mentioned lose weight. Guess what, I have gotten better with age and I don't buy everything I see to get involve with.

The armband has everything to do with the weight loss. The key is that you get the feedback about how much and how hard you are moving around working and the amount of calories burned on any given day.

The calorie readouts on exercise equipment are overrated. Don't get me wrong, anything machine that helps you to raise a sweat is good! Just don't eat more food by using those machine calorie burns to justify it!
