    I don't know what will happen with my aunt, but I am so hopeful, soon hopeful. I just hate the way it is changing her and that she is going through so much pain, but all I can really do is pray for her and the family.

    I plan to hit the gym more this week though, I need it.

    Hey! It's good to know I'm not the only person that is picky about my food touching and tasting funny from the fridge LOL. I buy the big packs of fresh (not frozen) boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I line the baking pan with foil for easy clean up and spray it well with cooking spray. I joke that I don't like chicken that tastes like chicken so I season the heck out of it with pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and a little salt. I bake it at 450 degress for about 30-35 minutes and then check the biggest piece with a meat thermometer to see if it's done. My oven temp is a little off I think and it usually takes things longer to bake so I would check it at maybe 20-25 minutes. I let it cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting it up and then when it is completely cooled off I put it in a gallon freezer bag. If you want shredded chicken, it's really good done in the crock pot! For some reason I am weirded out by chicken boiled on the stove. It smells bad to me LOL.
