Hello there, I love your color, and your grandbabies are so cute! I salute you for working on reducing/cutting out sugar. I know what a struggle it can be in today's world, but I also know it is possible. Do you use sugar substitutes or would you rather stay away from them? I have chosen to substitute splenda as much as possible. When not, I try to just stay away from it. I have found myself feeling so much better!
