Healthy me starts today!

I'm a 21 year old college student who has gradually put on nearly 40 pounds since starting college. I'm graduating in May and would like to look better than ever on graduation day!

My goal is to get down to a weight below that at which I started college. I would also like to become a healthier individual and stop doing all this damage to my body that I know will hurt me in the future. I figure, why not start now? You are definitely taking the right steps to losing the weight. Stick with the Spark programme and you will see results for sure!

Welcome to the site! I'm soo glad that you're making the decision to change your habits now! I'm 23, and one of my main motivations to lose this weight is so that I can develop a healthy lifestyle while it's still relatively easy.

Hi and Welcome! This is the perfect time for you to get fit and healthy, when you can focus on you alone. I wish I'd figured it out years ago. Explore the site, devour the articles, use the trackers, drink your water, move your body. Start in steps if your schedule doesn't allow you to immerse yourself in SP with a big splash. You can do it! Be determined, persistent, consistent. You'll feel so much better when you are healthy and fit. You go girl!
