My Goals:
I have been workigng out sice May 2006. I started at 171 lbs. When I joined this forum I had already lost 6 lbs. My goal is to lose another 11 lbs. I am also trying to lower my blood pressure because I was diagnosed recently with Hypertension Stage 1, I want to be more fit, gain more muscle, tone, and make my heart stronger.
My Program:
I work out 5 days a week. I jog for about 45+ minutes and lift free weights with a combination of machine excercises in a gym for about an hour. I am working my arms, my back, my chest, my shoulders, my abs and my legs.
Personal Information:
My name is Ana. I'm a military wife stationed in San Antonio, TX. Married to my High School sweetheart. I'm originally from Los Angeles, California and am currently trying to conceive. I'm scheduled to have Invitro Fertilization in January 2007.
