I am turning 65 this month so decided it was now or never to lose a few pounds. I thought I would give Sparkspeople another try. I am walking about 15,000 steps a day right now and eating about 1400 calories a day, but still not losing. I don't have much patience...it has only been a week. I used to run but a sciatic nerve problem has forced me to quit. Walking hurts but is tolerable.
