Life is difficult and sometimes we are in situations out of our control, but we can focus in the things we can change and take charge of our lives and gain enough confidence to defeat those obstacles we thought impossible to overcome.

We are capable of absolutely everything, but just when we decide to believe it!

I'm here again, trying to refocus after the loss of my father. My health and well being had suffer, but I'm here, putting back the pieces praying this time ...

Hi there, thanks for the comment, I've added you as a friend too. I had a lot of success with spark in the past but have been backsliding for a while, I really want to get back to healthy habits. I'm at the ready to be of what ever help I can be.

Hi! I was reading your post on a TF message board and was so surprised and happy to see that someone else was going through such a similar situation. I am 5'2 and weigh 203 and have weak knees as well. My doctor told me the same as yours: strengthen my legs to make my knees stronger, also to lose weight. I to was and still am nervous about TF but have started it anyway. While sometimes I do find that I have some pain, overall I really think that I will get stronger. It would be great to keep up each other to see how TF is working out for us. It would also be great support as well!
