Getting Healthy

I'm a retired, active, and healthy 50+ year old. Over the years, my weight has crept up. In the past, I could cut back a little and would lose weight. Now, it's much harder. I started last January on a low carb diet. I'd lost about 30 pounds by June. Since June, I've not been as "true" to low carb. And, I haven't lost anymore weight. I need to lose that last 10 pounds. I'm here to continue to get healthier and develop better lifestyle habits for life!

Other Information:
I love being outdoors. Give me sunshine, and I am motivated! I enjoy swimming, boating, water skiing, hiking, and fishing. I like to play guitar and sing. And, I like to read. I want to stay fit and in-shape in order to have the energy to play with my absolutely adorable grandchildren. They are truly my motivation!
