It's time for change!
This year I am working on my body and my home! I'm here and on Flylady, too. I have one buddy nearby who shares diet and exercise plans with me and my AWESOME husband who is also working closely with me on both of our goals! I have never had so much going for me at once!

My Goals:
I want to reduce my BMI and increase my energy level.
My Program:
I am trying the no-counting WW program. I am also using the Wii Fit, the Walk of the Pounds DVD's and Sweatin' to the Oldies. I also go to a water aerobics class whenever possible and go for a weekly walking club.
Personal Information:
I live in Cleveland. You may have seen me walking ;)
