Catching my body up to my brain...
I am completely fit and tiny... in my mind. Now I am just working on catching my body up to my brain. To do that, I am creating short and long-term goals to keep me on track. This is all for better mind and body health... even more, to be the best wife and mother I can be.

My Goals:
1. Cardo exercise 5-6 days a week. 2. Weights 2-3 times a week. 3. Stay on my eating plan 6 days. Be reasonable but don't track it on Sundays. It's a good break and my body will keep guessing that way!
My Program:
Run/jog or do eliptical workout 6 days a week. Weigh-in once a week. Pray. Enjoy the feeling of chasing my kids without my belly flapping in the breeze.
Personal Information:
I grew up in beautiful Skagit County. I am so glad to be back... things HAVE changed, so still getting used to those.
Other Information:
I have 3 children, one athletic teen by marriage (but everyone thinks he's mine anyway) and the other two are first & second graders. Husband works unpredictable shift-work. Combined, that makes for a completely nutso household!
