Why do I want to loose this weight you may ask? because of health issues. I have no health insurance so going to the Dr is expensive. by loosing weight in the long run I'll be saving money . I'm following the full plate diet and counting carbs and cals tracking of spark

My short term goal is to loose 1 lb a week, stay within my calorie (1,200-1,500) and cab limits. stop the uncontrolled snacking
My long term goal is to get down to the weight the doctor wants me to be and STAY there.

My Program:
I am exercising more, eating less, and watching what I eat more. I've gone back to journaling what I eat and plan to start a sleep journal

How are you doing on your 5% challenge. I will be out of town for our first weigh in so I have to weigh in tomorrow really early. Not sure how much of a loss I will have. Good Luck with your weigh in! Go Tiger Monarchs!
