Hi.
I'm here to learn healthy habits. I want to be around for a long time I afarid I might miss something. besides my grandmother lived to be 99.5 and I would like to be 100. My goal weight is 145 that's a loss of 50 lbs. If I do that I will have to buy all new clothes but that's ok. I hope that some of my medical problems will be taken care of when I do loose the weight. Maybe since I am short I won't look like a ball anymore

Why do I want to loose this weight you may ask? because of health issues. I have no health insurance so going to the Dr is expensive. by loosing weight in the long run I'll be saving money . I'm following the full plate diet and counting carbs and cals tracking of spark

My short term goal is to loose 1 lb a week, stay within my calorie (1,200-1,500) and cab limits. stop the uncontrolled snacking
My long term goal is to get down to the weight the doctor wants me to be and STAY there.

My Program:
I am exercising more, eating less, and watching what I eat more. I've gone back to journaling what I eat and plan to start a sleep journal
