I have fought the weight battle almost my entire life. While in my teens I lost a HUGE number of pounds by exercising morning and evening and following a horrible eating plan. Of course the success did not last many years. Now I am determined to get healthy again. So glad I heard about SparkPeople. Love this group.

My Goals:
1. To return to a healthy weight in a healthy way. 2. To effectively correct my cholesterol numbers so I can avoid needing medicine. 3. To follow the healthy diet my physician has provided. 4. To correct my blood pressure readings and quit taking meds. 5. To exercise daily. 6. To drink 8 glasses of water daily. 7. MAKE A FOREVER LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
My Program:
A am consuming food as instructed by my doctor -- number of calories, food groups, 3 small meals & 3 snacks daily. I ride my exercise bicycle daily.
