This time it is all about doing it for me.

I just turned 30 this year. I realize how unhealthy I have let myself become. So I decided to make a change for me. Though I have a wonderful husband this is just one thing he doesn't understand. Joined Sparks to find poeple who will be behind me no matter what.

My Goals:
To get healthier. Seems simple right? To be honest I have battled my eating disorder and in the past several years it has been winning. Not any more.

My Program:
1.Eating more fruits and veggies.
2. Trying to watch portion size on the foods that aren't so good for me. Cutting them out doesn't work for me.
3. Get at least 5,000-10,000 steps a day.
4. Complete 5k~ CHECK 12/16/11
5.Complete a 10k
6. Complete Half Marathon~ CHECK 1/7/12
8. Complete Mud bike/run Obstacle Course
9. Complete Sprint Triathlon

Personal Information:
I live in FL with my husband John. My brother and his son live with us. I finally found a job I love. Now if I can just be the active happy person I know I can be.

Thanks for your comment. Yes! After all the surgeries I had the past year...I am def taking it easy on back to avoid having to have back surgery too. I had a great workout in the pool and will be in there alot while this back *hopefully* heals!
