hey girl! how's your week been going? I had a hard time sticking to my raw goals the last few days- I was camping with no power, and no fridge. It's hard to keep food from spoiling with no fridge, and no blender makes it rough too. Oh well, today's another day :) Anywho, just wanted to get back at ya about that sunflower pate- it's super easy. I just throw 2-3 cups of soaked & sprouted sunflowers in the food processor or blender with 1/2 -1 cup tahini, some lemon juice, garlic, onion, chives, dash of celtic salt, and anything else I have lying around. Spinach, red peppers, etc... Pretty much just adjust it to taste. It keeps well for about 5-7 days. Hope you like it :)
