LET'S DO THIS!!!

Well, hello Spark Friends! I've been a member since August 2011 and I have to say that finding SparkPeople (by sheer accident) has provided the piece of motivation I was lacking! While I've managed to get the eating under control for the most part, I am still struggling in a big way with making myself exercise. I won't even list why I don't exercise because I know they are all lame excuses! Here's to 2012...looking forward to following my dear "old" SparkFriends, and making many new ones!

My Goals:
Lose one lb per wk to equal 14 lbs by the 1st wk of April.

Continue that trend through the end of the summer to be at my goal weight between 110 and 115 by the end of Summer 2012.

My Program:
My nutritional plan will be mainly low carb. I have had the most success when I follow this program. I just feel better and all of my blood work improves greatly when I follow this plan.

Exercise: something, ANYTHING aerobic for 30 minutes three times a week. And ramp it up if I hit a plateau.

Hi Lori! Just wanted to let you know that the San Antonio Spark team will be starting a new eight-week challenge to help people stay on track - or get on track - over the holidays.
