I did it once, I can do it again...

Once upon a time, I attended WW meetings, followed the program faithfully, and reached a healthy weight for the only time in my adult life. I became a Weight Watchers Lifetime Member, but then.... Several years later, following some serious life changes (job loss, home foreclosure, bankruptcy, marital issues, and a much lower standard of living), I regained it all back. I miss being healthy. I can't afford to pay for the WW meetings again. So, here I am!

My Goals:
1. Lose weight

My Program:
Right now I'm on the 28-day Fitness Challenge. After that, I'm going to continue to exercise daily and track my foods. I'm also tracking the Weight Watchers points values I eat each day. That helps as I'm familiar with the points program and once lost 35 pounds with WW.

Personal Information:
My name is Laurie. I live in Kansas City, KS. I'm married and have two wonderful daughters.

Other Information:
I'm pursuing an Associate in Health Information Technology thru online classes at Northwest Iowa Community College.

We're a homeschool family, since 2003. Five more years to go until both are graduates!

I just figured up how many minutes are in 24 hours.

1440.

And I'm whining and making excuses about trying to find 20 minutes a day to exercise? 20 out of 1440? That's about one percent on an entire day. Seriously? That's, well, embarrassing.........
