Thanks for the SparkGoodie and words of wisdom. I even added to my goal board: "Food does not control you—you control food!" This is great because I'm a control freak. Thanks for the inspiration! emoticon

Well I am trying! Back under 200lbs was a massive deal to me. So trying to keep going... Stumbled a bit over Easter though. Need more discipline! lol

Ah no no.... it's not the actual JOB that is wrong, it IS an absolutely worthy job that I enjoy and dedicated many unpaid training hours towards.. it's that its utterly un-valued.

Childcare pays like dirt. But costs lots to put your children in it.

So if I where to go back to any form of employment, I would also have to pay the full time costs of childcare, leaving me with on average when we worked things out, about £50 a month profit... AND missing out on raising my own child (whilst looking after other peoples) and not having time to cook like I enjoy, or the time to care for and help renovate our home.

It's an absolute no brainer. My job is valueless monetary.
Not emotionally or socially. But they don't make up for working for virtually nothing or being outside of my home and roles I choose to want to fulfil.

So I am feeling somewhat lost in what I should do when my daughter is in school in year and a half... because even paying for after school care, and then being late for dinner, homework help etc... that doesn't add up to enough gains either.
