It seems that 40 ushered in significant changes in my life. I'm a newly wed and pursuing my certification as a personal training with the hopes of one day opening a bootcamp boutique. Since turning 40 my body has undergone some changes. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.
