Morning! I missed my workout in WOWY this morning, but am going to get it in this afternoon here at the office. We have a workout room available and they have an awesome treadmill, so I will watch E! and read my Oxygen magazine while burning off some calories at lunch.
I am SO going to do at least three 5Ks in 2011 and hopefully a half marathon, too. I know I can do the 5Ks, so a half will be a challenge. I can do it! I know I can!!! YOU CAN TOO!!!!
I love the Turbo Fire HIIT workouts. Short and sweet! Tony's plyometrics are my fav. So much to do and so little time. Wish I could stay home and workout forever, but that's not going to happen! Ha!
