Good news, I made it..
WORKOUT: I have been a long term weight lifter but would lose motivation often. Right now I have been doing The Cube NUTRITION: I am a clean eater and have been since before it was called clean eating. Most foods are sliced, chopped and cooked by hand following both old family recipes and a few news ones from Tosca Reno's cookbooks. I am also an organic gardener so our household gets plenty of fresh veggies during the growing season. I stopped taking vitamins recently and switched to a nutrient packed meal replacement drink and have had wonderful luck with it.

I've become Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Fitness and Nutrition certification and a sports nutrition certification. One thing at a time however but plan to work in that direction with my future.
