A Medical Student Who Won't Be A Hypocrite Anymore!
Hi! I've just started medical school. Staying fit is a hobby and a challenge for me these days. I've never been seriously overweight, but I still don't feel like a comfortable size for my 5'2" frame so I'm working on slimming down to a suitable weight. Someday, I want to be able to look my patients in the eye and say: "You can do this the healthy way. I believe in you because I've been there, and I've succeeded."

My Goals:
So many... 1. Get firm (get my first body fat testing on august 11th, 2013) 2. To encourage others around me to be physically and spiritually healthy by living the lifestyle and loving it 3. Be able to do 100 full sit-ups without stopping 4. Be able to do 30 push-ups without stopping 5. To eat and learn to cook wholesome, health-promoting, delicious foods 6. To stop eating before I'm full 7. Run a 5k in 33 minutes (Sept 14th 2011 run: 37 mins. UPDATE: GOAT MET at the Sickle Cell 5k in fall 2012: 33 mins!) 8. Be able to run at a steady pace with my boyfriend (GOAL MET: 3/1/2013) 9. To be able to run 45 minutes straight 10. To run a 5K 11. To climb a mountain with my brother in Denver, Colorado 12. Take dancing classes and start to feel confident about dancing! 13. Feel confident and sexy in a bikini
