My Goals:
I'm determined to loose the weight for me.I have not been dedicating time to working on myself.I let go of who I am, but it time I get back to being me!!!

My Program:
I keep it simple.I do Cardio every other day except Sundays.Sometimes I try to do a little on the days that it isn't scheduled.On the other days I workout with weights.I love strength training.I contribute the progress I've made to mainly that.I'm a great fan of Turbo Sculpt.Mainly my workouts are all about Turbo Jam.I eat pretty normally.Never had a calling for junk food.My favorite drink is water.

I completely agree. I am going to try swimming this evening with yoga a bit later to ease back into it.

I am doing ok. It was a holiday here on Friday so I spent most of weekend doing physical activities. It was great. Unfortunately I sprained a muscle in my back on Saturday night and that had me laid up a bit until yesterday. I did lots of stretches and I think I can get back into some moderate exercises.

I am continually impressed with your progress. Keep it up. Soon I will be joining you.
