From Desk Jockey to Smart Jockey :-)

Back in Shape and Pain-free in My 40's

I'm a 42 year old slightly overweight "desk jockey" trying to shape up. My biggest goal at the moment is get back in shape after suffering from a runner's knee for over a year.

I'm not very interested in calorie counting. :-) I just want to get back to excercising normally and lose some weight at the same time.

My Goals:
My goal is to be in a really good condition. My dream is to be able to do 10 man push ups in row.

I'd also like to have a normal relationship to food and eating - I'm tired of dieting!



My Program:
I walk a lot - my 7-day average step count is currently 10,000 steps.

I also try to do strength training at least 3x /week.


Personal Information:
Female, 43 yrs, Northern-Europe. I love reading, blogging, exercising and learning new things.



Other Information:
I recently discovered ExerciseTV. I love it because I'm ableto download a wide variety of exercise programs for a few dollars.
