Learning to Love ME!

I joined SPARK a while ago, but I haven't been consistent. Since I started my weight lose journey about a yr after having my daughter I have lost a total of 10 lbs. I want to lose about 20lbs more. I am learning to be patient in all areas of my life and weight loss is one of them. I use to have a trainer and that is how I lost weight and toned up before I had the baby I was at my fittest. I want to be healthy overall and make it a life change. It is easier said than done, but I have seen through the many motivational stories on SPARK that it is achievable! I just have to commit to it. I decided last wk to make a commitment to this. Not just for me but for my loved ones, especially my daughter! Here's to living healthier!!!

3. Exercise at least 45min 5 days/wk
4. Be healthy from the inside out
5. Lose 25 lbs total by February 2010
6. Fit into my skinny/pre-baby jeans!!!

1. 45 minutes of cardio 5x/ week
2. Strength training 3x/wk
3. 8+ glasses of water a day
4. Stay within 1200-1500 calories
5. Cut back on snacking and sweets

Hey girl! Thanks so much for the friend add and sweet msg : ) It really means a lot to me to be recognized as being motivational and inspirational to others because i've come a long way and worked to hard. I used to be really insecure and pitty myself so much but wouldn't do anyting about it..Until a light went off in my head and i was like "ok enough complainig, let me just do it!" Then when I came across SP I was on a move from then on...Just stay focused girl and along wtih committment, dicipline, and will power you can achieve your goals. I did and I came a long way..Keep us posted on your progress! :)
