My goal is to reach the finish line in my first triathlon.
I am training 5 days a week. Strength training 2 days a week. Swimming and cycling two days a week. Since I am just starting I am pushing hardest on the cycling for the first 1-2 months then will switch to swimming and finally running at the end (so I don't hurt myself).
Good luck on the triatholon! I'm also on the Stockton team. I would love to do the tri too, don't think I'll be ready by this June though. Would love if you could keep me posted on how your training is going. Well wishes to you, keep it up!
I extend the warmest WELCOME to you. You may me a bit overwhelmed by the info that is here. But give it some time, and you will be an expert in no time.
