Heyas!
I joined here for a solid Nutrition Tracker. I worked out in a personal dead end routine in September 2010. I dropped 20 pounds over 5 months. Not bad, but, when you start at 355 pounds, it can be hard to even notice a difference.
I got P90x for Christmas, and tossed every excuse I could come up with at the program. I finally locked down in March of 2011, and committed to 90 days of P90x.

I am currently in round 2 of P90x. I had my weekly diet set up for 260 pounds, and used to a 2800 calorie fuel plan. I weighed 261 pounds at the end, and currently weigh 223 pounds. I hit a plateau, and, needed to reset my calories for weight loss to continue. So, I came here, and looking to re-evaluate my calories, and get the pounds to fall off.

My goal is sub 200 pounds by Christmas, which would be a whopping 156 pounds lost!

I am ultimately here for my 18 month old son born in January 2010.

At 355 LBs, I was too big to share in his energy, and was a poor example to him as he grew up, and learning about Fitness and nutrition.

That HAD to stop!

It means a lot to hear comments from friends, family, clients, and strangers. There is always that moment when meeting new people on how you are being judged on first impression looks alone.

I am in it for the long run, and do not want to be known as "Big Dan" anymore..hahahhahah
