Healthy Days Ahead
I am a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 2. Short of cutting all the fat off my body, I think I've tried dang near every diet and supplement out there to lose all this weight. The most success I've had is with SBC 3 years ago when I lost 61 pounds in 6 months by just eating 5 mini meals/day and exercising. When our son passed away, I lost all motivation and just gave up. I ended up gaining 43 of those pounds back in the past 2.5 years. I need to get healthy and shed the excess weight now so ...

I just want to be healthy so I can do more with my family and feel good about myself when we have those family outings and it would also be nice not to be afraid or ashamed to be photographed having fun with my family.
