We have some similarities. I was a bit heavy in 2008 when I started this journey, I have am pushing 60 and have one child and one grand child living in our home (I know that is closer than near by). I became a runner, then a chi running, then a certified Chi Running instructor, and a Tai Chi Chuan and bagua player.
Today I did a 5km with Gramie (first for her) followed by a 10km with my oldest grandson. We then had a house full for a Post Race BBQ.
