My Goals:
Primary goal with exercise is to exercise 180 minutes a week. Secondarily I am finished eating after 9 PM. Drink 8 glasses of water / day Stay under my calorie range and track all food.
My Program:
Workouts are in 30 minute segments, 3-5times a week at the YMCA, 1 time a week walking with my dog. 1 time a week working in the yard.
Personal Information:
Born and raised in MA went to school at U Mass for Health Education. I moved to GA, then SC to study Bible. After graduating with a MA in Bible went to PA and worked as a Christian school teacher and public school teacher. I presently live in OKC, OK and teach middle school math.
Other Information:
Having a sense of humor is important, ... Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most. Too bad it was only 10 lbs. Oh yeah, someone told me want to lose 10 lbs of ugly fat, so I said, "Sure" They told me to cut off my head!
