Its cool to see you getting into this! I love sparkpeople. Its the best website for achieving you fitness goals what ever they might be! And each person is diferent. One person might come here to log in their nutrition, another person might come here for a fitness buddy, and still another might just come for the cool health articles and recipie ideas!

HI! emoticon to our community! I hope you stick around and achieve your goals. Remember, every day is it's own entity and things don't happen over night! Pace yourself and have fun! Things will happen and once they do it will last. Not like the fad diets where you lose a lot only to gain it back & then some. This is the way to go!
