I am in my late 30's and trying to be overall healthier. In 2009 I had great results with tracking my food here along with doing Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. I lost 18 lbs and 18.5 inches, I had almost reached my goal. After a busy summer that year and a couple bad muscle injuries which made me not be able to exercise and putting some of the weight back on, I was able to drop again a bit but still never quite reached my goal, In 2010 I have let it go again and am back up. So here I am again ...

My Goals:
I have a bathing suit staring me down for end of April....YIKES! And to generally be healthier and in better shape.

My Program:
I strive for a 1200-1500 calorie diet and regular Ten Minute Trainer exercises. 2~10 min sections, 5 days a week

Other Information:
I came across sparkpeople in my search for a daily calorie counter. After great success in 2009 along with Ten Minute Trainer I am motivated to keep going and looking forward to reaching my goal!

Hi, thanks for the add! I see you're doing TMT - don't you just love Tony?? I've been taking a break from TMT to try other things (I got a little bored after a bit), but I still do the ab routine and have been thinking I should break out the LB workout. Love it! Good luck to you!
