No, I don't think I have a go big or go home mentality but I feel like I need some sort of routine but I am having a hard time getting myself into one by myself. I get together with my mom 3 times a week and in essence as long as I put effort into it and maybe do some weight work at home with pushups and squats and what not I should be fine but It is just hard finding something that I believe will work long term for me. I feel like I still am sort of in that diet mentality and I need to move forward from that and into a lifestyle one so that all of this wont be so overwhelming. I did decide to start weighing myself again... just for a little while because I really want to get back into my size 20's and fit all those clothes that made me feel awesome!

I did see a race that you run with partners, each running 5K for a total of 10K. I may ask her to join me in that one. I was hoping (since I started running) that in time we might find common ground. :) 1450 days ago
