You are indeed in the right place to go for goal. The support, the information from the experts, the Teams, the trackers! I could go on and on (usually I do). For me, the last ten pounds are the problem - it gets slower toward the end. My actual goal is to never, ever quit - even if I am not quite to goal, I am slim, energetic and able to do so much I couldn't 60 pounds ago! So get your Spark on!
