Seems like the body likes to get used to a weight for a couple weeks. I am 56. I have been clean eating ~ two months now. I think the weight will begin to come down again soon. I have not made the same mistakes this time. I did not go on any eating binges. Swim an hour a day and don't eat processed is what I have been doing. I am going to record all my food to take a look at calories again.

This is a fabulous site and you will be astounded at what you get out of it if you give it your all.
