My Goals:
to loose 89 Lbs by next summer and drop several dress sizes and shape up! I want to be really healthy and have energy and strength to attain my goals in life!

My Program:
I am trying to eat a gluten free diet and drink at least 64oz. of water a day and not eat pork, just lean white meat and lots of fruit and vegetables and yogurt. I hope to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and to have less stress in my life and feel better!

My name's Bobbie Angeline I am 25 years old a wife and step mother. I have worked in the food industry and also in office settings. I love life and my family I want to be thinner and happier.

Thank you so much for the welcome and words of motivation! I love this site a long time ago it helped me to get my weight down from 191 to 145 when I was about 18 years old! I know it works it's just a matter of sticking to your goals! Thanks again and welcome as well hope you're making progress too! emoticon
