Refreshing Myself in 2012!

A few years ago I was the healthiest I've ever been and was having a great time! Then I moved and got a job with a commute and have let all of my active habits go. I want to get back to where I was when I first moved to Seattle and have the energy to do the things I love!

My Goals:
I want to lose weight and get in shape so I can enjoy activities (and clothes!) the way I did a few years ago.

My Program:
I'm starting with just my Fast Break goals - writing in my journal, drinking 8 glasses of water each day and tracking my activity. Soon I will start tracking all of my food and training for my first 5k!
