Limiting ourselves to 20 Net Cabs per day.......But the good part is all the veggies, dairy and protein in normal proportions. First day or two I cheated....a little but then I got on it good and started seeing results. 12 lbs so far and counting. Limited my workouts to MWF to give me a rest and added a couple of mile walk per week.

Fitness Minutes: 445

My Goals:
To go from 241 with a belly gut like many men I know including love handles to a slimmer 190 that is fit to the core.
Hoping to land in the 185-to 190 area and I have always had tons of will's getting started that has always been the problem. This time I'm committed!

My Program:
Kicking the habit of craving is done by supplying my body with a protein shake that is packed with enough nutrients that the cravings are literaly blocked including the craving for fat. A little trick that will work only if I get up and exercise. So far I lost 7 pounds to kick off this venture. Lots of energy, and feeling great!

Hey...the little lady of the house is taking notice that I'm serious about the weight thing...even my 5 year old told me last night......'ya know I think I'll have tea instead of that's too much sugar.....IT'S STARTING TO RUB OFF!!
