Since my mid 20's, I have always had a weight problem. I have belonged to TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) since June of 1996. My wife and I go together to the TOPS meetings every Tuesday.

JANUARY 7'2016--I went to a TOPS meeting this morning and I weighed 252 lbs. I started getting serious on January 1'2016. Jan 14 2016---- I weighed 249 lbs. I lost 3 lbs my first week.---- Jan 21, I lost 2.5 lbs at my 3rd Tops meeting. i weighed 246.5 total loss 5.25 lbs
SEPTEMBER 24, 2015 --I GAINED 15 lbs last winter. I weighed 259.4 last Tuesday. My goal is 240 lbs. It is time to get serious again!!! BOBALOO -

As of today I am a AREA CAPTAIN with TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). This is new challenge for me, and I desire to be successful at this. I hope to help others in their weight loss efforts.(besides helping me maintain my weight).

To maintain a weight goal of 240 or below.

My Program:
I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week. I will eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day.

I am retired since 2001. My hobby is golf. I play 2 times a week. I live in the Midwest so the golf season is April through October. I enjoy mowing grass and keeping a good looking yard. I have been married 33 years.
