Diet: Whole foods! I'm currently avoiding starches, dairy, gluten, corn, sugar, yeast, and highly-processed foods. I mainly eat healthy proteins, including nuts and some legumes, low-sugar vegetables, and 1-2 servings of low-sugar fruits a day. I am not using any sugar substitutes like Stevia either. Fitness: I workout a minimum of two times a week. I would like to fit more gym time in, but my schedule is a bit too hectic right now. It's all about maintaining balance!
