I used to be a healthy weight before I got to university, but during my third year, I suffered a tragic loss. This resulted in depression and insomnia, and consequently, weight gain. -Follow fitness plan for a month

-Do the fall CN Tower climb faster than my old time, by at least 10 minutes
-Be less stressed and more organized

Mostly endurance, but also increasing my speed.

Thanks! I really hope to get healthy. I know my height and weight doesn't seem so bad but I actually have a smaller frame... yet so much fat packed around my belly (yikes I worry for my future health). I measured my body fat today and it said that I am 35% fat!! That was off the scale!! unacceptable! I need to lose body fat and gain muscle mass! I don't know how accurate that machine was... but it was sure a call for me to lose fat.. Thanks again though! hope to reach my goal soooooon :)
